The moment users reject an offer, the transaction will be recalculated. The debited gintaa coins from the wallet will be credited back to the user's gintaa wallet instantly.

Is there any minimum amount to be maintained in the gintaa wallet?

No. However, while closing any offer, depending on the exchange type, a minimum number of gintaa coins, equivalent to the value of the product(s) or the coins desired by the Partner should be present in the wallet.
